It’s natural to have questions before arranging a groom or a stay. Here are a few things people often ask. If you’re still unsure, tell me a little about your pet and I’ll be happy to help.
Do you come to my area?
I visit selected parts of Surrey. Send me your postcode and I’ll let you know whether I cover your area.
What do you need for a grooming appointment?
I groom your dog in my converted van, parked outside your home. I just need enough space to park and access to an electrical socket.
Which small pets can stay with you?
I offer boarding for rabbits, guinea pigs and hamsters at my home in Dunsfold.
What should I bring for my pet’s stay?
Please bring your hamster in their own cage. Before any stay, I’ll talk with you about your pet’s routine, needs and the dates you have in mind.
How do I ask about availability?
